Good beginner shoes - Had these as a beginner student about 2 years ago, now I am an advanced student at a pre-professional Ballet Academy. These fit 2-1/2 to 3 sizes SMALLER than street shoe size. I wear a street shoe size 6.5, and wore a size 4 in these. Just to let people know, these are NOT made as fashion shoes, these are for dance training, and I would NOT even recommend them for exercise because they have no arch support. In Ballet training, we continually stretch and strengthen our arches, to the point wear standing flat, we learn to pull up and out of our own arches, there for supporting themselves, which prevents fallen arches.
